Tuesday Tea Duty

Please help with tea duty from time to time. It’s a simple way to help out, and we’d like everyone to volunteer when they can.

Whoever is first back from their run can get the tea started. The rota is for setting up, washing up and putting everything away. Two volunteers make it easier, but one person can manage.

What to bring

• Buy 2 pints of milk and your favourite biscuits on Tuesday. The club will reimburse you — just keep your receipts!
• Bring a tea-towel for drying up.

What’s required

• Set up in the multi-use room on the ground floor of Talacre, between the changing rooms.
• All tea items are in the storage cupboard. Reception can help open it.
• Make tea and provide water and squash.
• Wash up and tidy when everyone is finished. The last people to leave can help put everything away.
• Running low on tea, sugar or washing-up liquid? Please let a committee member know.

If you need to cancel your rota duty, please find someone to replace you before removing your name from the website.
