Most runners like to do a long run on Sundays. We encourage members to post their long runs on our calendar and on Facebook so that others can join.
If you can, we recommend starting your training run from the Talacre Sports Centre in Kentish Town at 9am on a Sunday. This makes it as easy as possible for other members to join. The Talacre Sports Centre is ideally situated to make the most of running in London. To the North there is Hampstead Heath, to the South the Royal Parks and the river. The canal stretches East to Limehouse and West through Little Venice and on as far as Birmingham! By running with the club you will learn some wonderful routes and see parts of London you never knew existed.
