First half of the run is east down the canal through Islington and then a bit past Victoria Park in Hackney you find Tower Hamlets cemetery.
Get back on the canal, on to Limehouse and then run south next to the river to bottom of the Isle of Dogs. Under the Greenwich foot tunnel and than through south London to pick up Nunhead and West Norwood cemeteries. Train back from West Norwood.
