This run takes you down along the canal to Victoria Park where you hit the Lea Valley near the Olympic Park. You then go north. Scenery generally good with a few short industrial sections.
After Enfield Lock gets very pretty with route passing through Waltham Abbey, Broxbourne and Ware. Bird sanctuaries, boating lakes etc
Lots of trains back into London from Hertford.
