Meet at Marylebone Station Sunday morning in time for the 08:57 train to Wendover. Direct train with 48 min journey. Day return is £19.90. From Wendover we will run 3 miles to Wendover Woods for a 10 mile lap of the trails before retuning to Wendover for some beer and food. Suggest trail shoes if you have them and min 1l fluid although there is a cafe in the woods where you can get supplies. Poles will be useful but not essential. Likely to be a slow paced run as there are some steep hills but they are short and there is good runable trail for the faster runners. There is a GPX route on the Centurion running website under Wendover Woods 50.

I'm going to do John's session from Saturday as I sadly had to miss it. A mind-melting: 1200m (10k pace) [2min], 1000 (5k) [2min], 800 (3k) [2min], 600 (1m) [2min], 400 (1m) [2min], 200 (1m) [1min], 100 (1m) - total 4300m The pattern is you start at 1200m, it goes down 200m every rep and you get 2 minutes rest between each interval and you keep speeding up. You then finish with a 1 minute rest followed by a 100m victory sprint.
