It's the final track of the year!
This week's session:
Festive oregon circuits - 2mins (10k pace) immeditately followed by circuit exercises* for 20secs. Repeated 6 times with 90s rest between sets.
*Circuit exercies as called by the coach e.g. squats, push ups, burpees, squat thrusts, lunges, plank, sit ups, high knees, leg raises.
Warm-up at 7pm and we will be aiming to start the session at 7.15pm. If you cannot make 7pm, please arrive warmed-up and ready to go at 7.15.

As usual, bags can be left at the start line as I'll be with them throughout the session but they willl be left at your own risk. The session will be time based so that everyone leaves together.
