I’ve run 99 parkruns and 57 were at Hampstead Heath. In that time I’ve joined Mornington Chasers, shaved 10 mins off my time, eaten a lot buns and made running my job and social life. Come and celebrate with me at Hampstead Heath this weekend for a parkrun, swim in the mix pond and bun at Karma. I got a lot to be grateful for! X
