Session A - Broken Tempo - 3 x 12 minutes @ half marathon pace with 4-minute jog recovery between reps.
Session B - Broken Tempo - 18-12-18 @ marathon pace with 4-minute jog recovery between reps.
Meet at the RP track @ 18:00 fully warmed up and ready to go. Let me know if you can join, pace can be self-selected.
