There are no longer any limits on group size, but please do sign up for Health and Safety reasons to ensure we know who to expect.
4x (beginner) or 6x 1000m [2 min static recovery] @5k pace.
You must follow all the coaches' instructions on social distancing.
Please bring your own water bottle. There may now be a place to fill your bottle at the track. Water fountains are also operating on the Heath. You can find a full risk assessment here.
Track sessions are free to club members. You can obtain a £5 temporary membership if you wish to try the club out.
Run anticlockwise in lane 1.
Overtake on the outside.
Stay in lane 1 if someone is overtaking.
Do not cross the throws area.
No headphones.
Do not run two abreast.
