Date: Thu 4 August 2022
Time: 19:00
Track on Thursday is as follows:
3x (beginner) or 6x {1000m (10k pace) [2 min static recovery]}. Total 3000m-6000m hard
It's still pretty warm and humid out so hydrate well all week and have that packet of crisps or salty snack again with your lunch on Thursday.
Warm Up Note: It's a good idea for everyone to jog to the track (if possible) and get used to warming up without guidance, same as you would for a race.
NOTE: For the 7:20 session there will be a volunteer who will lead the warm-up.
