If anyone would like to join me in full or part - 20 mile run at 6.50 to 7.10 min mile (circa 4.30min/km). Starting at the Regents Park Track entrance. Route - Regent Park down to Hyde Park followed by three laps and then back. Hopefully the water fountains are working again in Hyde Park!
