London Marathon Cheer Squad and Evening Drinks London Marathon Chaser cheer squad assemble! Chaser tradition states that we bag a spot on the High Way near the Co Op (post code e1w 2bn) to give our guys a cheer on the way out and back. Let’s have a big presence to cheer on the Chasers and all the other participants. Feel free to show up at anytime. I just need a couple of volunteers to help me set up. I’ll be there at 8 AM, just drop me a message if you are able to help me set up. I may need to coordinate in advance regarding equipment etc. This really is great fun to do. A great way to meet more Chasers and you will come away totally inspired by all the runners! Thanks Nick 1. Post-Marathon Pub - 23/04/23 Tapers are beginning so it's time to plan those post Marathon celebrations! 🥳🏅 In Chaser tradition the upstairs room at the Pineapple is booked from 6pm - you can order your own food there. Wear your medals & celebrate some amazing training blocks (non-Marathoners and support teams very welcome too!). No need to sign up 😊 2. Pub nights Following the sad news of the death the chef at Tapping the Admiral, we’re exploring the best options for pub night. Please feel free to go along this week (or any week!) but I’m afraid we won’t be able to do pre-orders for pies. We’ll make sure May’s pub night kicks off a more social summer!
