Paddock Wood Raceday is here. This Sunday a decent Talacre of Chasers are trekking down to Paddock Wood to take on the half marathon. Coach leaves at 6:50 in the am. That’s well early but afterwards our excellent social secretaries have organised a celebratory booze up at the Vine from 3pm. Good luck to all taking part! SEAA Road Relays Teams have been submitted for the relays taking place on 2nd April at Queen Elizabeth Park starting at 9am. There are still places available for substitutes (particularly for the men’s team in case anyone has signed up and now regrets it because they’re much slower than everyone else and are concerned that they are out of their depth) Club Handicap On 18th May this year’s club handicap will take place at Highgate Woods starting at 6.45pm. Each participant will be allocated a starting place based on your recent race performances with the slowest starting first and the fastest at the end. The idea is that all runners should finish around the same time.
