Spooky Run VIII A week on Tuesday we'll be holding our annual Spooky Run, so we hope you've all started working on sewing your costumes. We have a lot of headtorches which we'll hand out on a first-come-first-served basis. If you do have a headtorch of your own, please bring it. And if for some reason you have more than one, please bring them all. For more details about the run click here. Vests All vest pick ups are now on Tuesday nights from Talacre, which is our main club night. Any member of the Committee will be happy to grab one for you if you show them your receipt. Track Thursday Tonight's track session is 6-8x {600m (10k pace) [400m jog recovery]} Total 3600-4800m hard, 2400-3200m recovery. Click here to sign up.
