Club Championship - The Cabbage Patch 10 This Sunday starting at 9am, our Club Championship, The Cabbage Patch 10 takes place in Twickenham. Met League - Fixture 1 - Claybury For those of you not running Cabbage Patch on Sunday, this Saturday is the first of the Met League cross country (XC) fixtures in Claybury (nearest tube Woodford and a 15-min walk). Women’s race starts at 1.30pm and the men’s at 2.35pm. Both races are 8K. No spikes needed for this one - just trail shoes. All members welcome! You don’t need to sign up in advance but it would help with the allocation of numbers if you could let Rafaele Lamour know in advance if you are sure you will be running especially if you have never run any of the Met League races. Chingford League Race 3- Lee Valley Velopark Race 3 of the Chingford League takes place at the Lee Valley Velopark next Wednesday, 10 October. Click here to sign up; today is the deadline. Track Thursday Tomorrow's track session is 8-10 x {200m (3k pace) [200m jog recovery]}. Total 1600-2000m hard, 2400-3000m recovery. Click here to sign up.
