Track Thursday Tonight's track session is 12 x {400m (1m pace) [200m walk]}. This one is especially geared for those winding down their marathon training...but it's a fun session for all. Click here to sign up. Cabbage Patch Places The club has 8 places in the Cabbage Patch 10 Mile on 17 October which are available for £16.50 – a discount of £10 on the usual price. The Cabbage Patch 10 is a flat, fast course and is our club championship race. We reserved the places so that members joining later in the year would still be able to take part in the race, assuming that it would sell out far in advance. It has not yet sold out this year (though it isn’t far off), so we have decided to simply offer the places at a discount to all members rather than prioritise new joiners. Apologies that we cannot share the discount among everyone who has already signed up. You can purchase your place using our online store, we will then send you a discount code before the race which you can use to purchase your race entry from the Cabbage Patch site. Race News Congratulations to both Fiona Russell and Paul Allen who competed in the Brighton Marathon on Sunday. Fiona finished first in her age category. Mike Hurford competed in the England Masters Representative Half Marathon (part of Richmond Half) with 170 age-group athletes on Sunday and finished second in his age category. Congratulations to Mike!
