๐ Rule of 6 and Track are Back! ๐
We are delighted that runs in groups of up to 6 can resume from Monday (29 March). Also, we are pleased to announce that track training resumes on Thursday next week (1 April).
Please remember our general rules of running during coronavirus
Follow government guidance at all times
Book your runs through the calendar so we can keep track of who has run together
Do not run if you have coronavirus symptoms – government guidance requires that you must self-isolate, you should also obtain a coronavirus test.
If you test positive for coronavirus please contact welfare@chaser.me.uk
The track is a designated COVID-secure environment so we can organize coached sessions for groups larger than 6. Please follow the following rules at track.
You must book a slot using our calendar before coming to track. If you have not booked you will be asked to leave.
You must follow all the coaches' instructions on social distancing.
If you are showing coronavirus symptoms you must not attend track. You must follow government guidance and self-isolate. You should obtain a coronavirus test and inform welfare@chaser.me.uk if you have a positive test.
Please bring your own water as there is none available at the track.

Workout of the Week
Workout of the week winner last week was Ellie Holloway with a score of 105.13%. Ellie’s handicap goes from 56.97% to 58.15%. Congratulations Ellie.
This week’s workout is 1600m at 5k pace with a 400m jog recovery followed by 4 sets of 400m at your 3k pace with 400m jog recoveries.
