Kit
Hi all, kit sec hat here. I have been talking to Soar, a local (Highgate) performance led running brand about their technical club vests. Lots of you will know them. They do very high quality kit made in Italy and have supplied local clubs (Heathside, Highgate Harriers etc) with premium race vests. Feels amazing, like wearing a cobweb! No chafe, no seams, absolutely gorgeous etc. See here
I’ll cut to the chase. The vests are £60 and they will only make them in bespoke Mornington Chasers’ design if 15 people from the club commit to it. I have XS to XL samples if people want to try on for size and assess the garment.
I appreciate this is not everyone’s cuppa but if you race a lot, appreciate comfort and are happy to invest in them I think these are beautiful and technical bits of kit that work well for athletes.
Email me at Kit@chaser.me.uk to let me know if are interested, would like to see/try on and place an order. If there’s enough interest I’ll set up the website to take payment.

Running Tunes
What tunes make you think of running or do you like to run to? Feel free to share your running related tunes with our resident DJ, Rebecca Taylor, for our Instagram account. Quite an eclectic range has been shared so far...
Calendar
All members can use the calendar on our website to arrange runs with other Chasers (currently limited to one other person until 29th March) - and we encourage you to do so. Running with others is a great part of training plans - whatever your goal and running level.
Remember, any member can post a run, at any pace, distance and time. It's a really useful tool to connect with other Chasers and find runners of a similar pace to you. It's also a great way to set yourself a new goal - perhaps join a run that pushes you out of your comfort zone?
Virtual Pilates Class
Pilates led by Danielle Smreczak take place on Mondays at 6pm. Connection details will be shared on Facebook in advance. The recording for this week is available here
Social Media
Although we can't all meet up in person at the moment, Mornington Chasers has an active and supportive community you can connect with online for latest news and to connect with other runners from the Club. See the links below.
