Track Track on Thursday is as follows: 6x800m @ 10k pace with a generous 2 minutes rest between the efforts. There are two time slots, 19:00 and 19:20. You must book a slot before attending. The sessions are free to club members. Please remember to cancel your slot if you cannot make it as places are in high demand. Chaser's Christmas Day Spectacular Take part in the Mornington Chasers' Christmas Day Spectacular! You will have 60 minutes to find landmarks around Hampstead Heath and complete a number of challenges. You will be in groups of three or four. The first group back to have completed the most landmarks and challenges will be crowned the victors.  We are encouraging Chasers to bring a secret santa present to swap with another Chaser - the prize should be something in your home that you are desperate to get rid off (so probably no toilet paper). The map of landmarks and challenges will be released closer to the event. There will be a one point penalty for every five minutes over the cut off point. Festive Photos Competition Please continue to send Rebecca Taylor photos of the most Christmassy things you see on your runs and Carmen Ní Arachtáin will judge the best! The winner gets a tub of Quality Street and the prize of bringing a warm Christmassy glow to all Chaser-kind. Leadership in Running Fitness (LiRF) Thank you to Donal Moran & Rebecca Taylor for helping out with filming for Paul Sant, Katherine Atkinson & Matt Brand's LiRF courses at Regent's Park track on Sunday particularly as the weather was grim.   Nicky Chorley is doing his filming this Saturday (9am) at Regent's Park track. Hatfield 5 mile This once small, local event has become a major part of the calendar for runners in Hertfordshire and beyond.
