AGM. The 2020 AGM was held over Zoom last Wednesday, thank you to everyone who attended. At the meeting we awarded three new lifetime members who have been a great support to the club. These were Chris Zair, Carmen Harrington and Danielle Smreczak. We also elected new committee members; Sarah Funderburk as Coaching Lead, Matt Brand for Newsletter, Henry Woodward as Social secretary, Nick Johnson for Events and Juliette Westbook for Social Media. Workout of The Week 3. This week’s work out of the Week is a pyramid… Start with 10 minutes warm up jog, drills and strides 1 min 2 min 3 min 4 min 4 min 3 min 2 min 1 min 60 seconds slow jog between each rep, except between the 4 mins where you can have 2 mins.  Run each at 5k pace or if you’re feeling good you can up it to 3k pace on the way back down the pyramid.  Take out one of the 4 mins if it feels too much for you. Don’t forget a few minutes of jogging to end to cool down.  Lauren Chase-go! We have loved seeing so many Chasers buddying up to take on our Chase-go Challenge! There is still time to sign up and get involved! This will now finish on Friday 4th December, happy running everyone! Workout of The Week 3.

This week’s work out of the Week is a pyramid…
