Thursday Coaching.
Sarah Funderburk will be leading a coached session at 18:30 at Parliament Hill Track on Thursday. You must book a slot, you can do this by logging into our website and then selecting Parliament Hill Track. The coached session will be limited to the first 12 athletes that turn up to the session. If we have more than 12 athletes, please can those arriving later form a separate group to perform their session to maintain social distancing.
Hellish Hills of Highgate.
Do you dare? If you are following John's current training plan, you may have already pencilled it into your diary. This race is no joke! 4.5 Miles up and down the three main hills of Highgate. If you don't dare, perhaps you would like to volunteer. We need a few marshals and timekeepers. We will most likely run in waves of six people at a time.
All Runs Welcome.
Want to run but can't find anything on the calendar with the pace and distance that suits you? Why not lead a run of your choosing! A reminder that any Chaser can lead a run, at any pace, any distance, any date, any time: you just need to add it to our calendar and advertise your run on Facebook to let others know it's happening. So, if you fancy doing a particular run and want some company from other Chasers - just go for it! We're also getting lots of enquiries about the range of runs on offer from new or potentially new members - newbies are just as welcome to lead runs.
