Virtual Pub Quiz Night Tonight is quiz night! Join us at 19:45 for the 3rd Chaser pub quiz! Meet the Chasers. This week we have been getting to know two of our great chaser coaches, Lauren Longhurst and Donal Moran. Strength and conditioning lead by Nicola -  Thursday 25 June - 19:00  Dance Class lead by Alicia –  Friday 26 June - 18:30 Pilates lead by Danielle - Monday 29 June - 18:00 Nicola is taking a well deserved break on 2 July, so there will be no strength and conditioning class next week. From the 8 July, strength and conditioning sessions will take place on Wednesdays. This is to make it easier for us to return to our regular routine of Tuesday and Thursday sessions - although we do not know when our usual group training will be resumed. Connection details for the online classes can be found on the Facebook page. Structured Training. We are on week three of our training plan put together by our coaching team. On Tuesdays the sessions are based around your current 10m/HM pace with Thursday being more speed focused with the target pace range to be 5k/10k. Sessions are listed below and are all time based so provide access and benefit for all club members.
