Virtual Summer League. Well done to everyone who took part in the first virtual summer league instalment, the league table can be viewed here. It was great to see so many chasers getting involved in running and baking. The next fixture will be from 13-19 July and will be 5 miles plus relays. Meet the Chasers. Strength and conditioning lead by Nicola -  Thursday 18 June- 19:00  Dance Class lead by Alicia –  Friday 19 June - 18:30 Pilates lead by Danielle - Monday 22 June - 18:00 Structured Training. A reminder about the below training plan put together by our coaching team… On Tuesdays the sessions are based around your current 10m/HM pace with Thursday being more speed focused with the target pace range to be 5k/10k. Sessions are listed below and are all time based so provide access and benefit for all club members.
