Pub Quiz. Social ‘distancing’ Secretary Sam will be hosting another Virtual Pub Quiz tonight (Tuesday 19 May) at 20:00 at the Dial Inn. Join via this link. Coffee Morning. We would like to know what you think of how the club is handling coronavirus, so please spare a couple of minutes to answer our short survey.  Speed Work. This week’s Fartlek session set by coach Donal has a little bit more volume to it than previous weeks.... Warm up (including some drills, high knees and some hip mobility) 3 x 1 minute @ hard effort (10k or so) - 1 minute jog recovery 3 x 2 minutes @ hard effort - 2 minute jog 3 x 3 minutes @ hard effort - 3 minute jog Cool down (15 minutes) The download is the same type as previous weeks; a Garmin*fit file that can be dropped into your workout folder on your watch. Please ensure that you follow the government's guidelines on social distancing and stay safe.  Meet the Chasers. Strength and conditioning lead by Nicola -  Thursday 21 May- 19:00  Dance Class lead by Alicia –  Friday 22 May - 18:30 Pilates lead by Danielle - Monday 25 May - 18:00 Squaremile Track. Councillor and local resident to the City of London, John Edwards has reached out to Chaser members regarding his campaign for a 4.25km long running track to be built. The track will benefit residents, City workers and visitors and aims to make the best use of the open spaces in the City. The motivation for this project is driven by NHS encouragement for the public to maintain a healthy BMI. To read more about this project and to contribute your opinion please click here. Fundraising.
