Donal Moran has kindly been contributing his coaching expertise for anyone who wishes to add a little speed work to their exercise routine. This week's instalment is as follows…
Warm up
4x90 seconds hard and 90 seconds moderate
4x60 seconds hard and 60 seconds moderate
4x30 seconds hard and 30 seconds moderate
4x15 seconds hard and 15 seconds moderate
Cool down
Donal has also put together a Garmin*fit file for this session which can be downloaded here. Please follow the government's guidelines on social distancing.

Meet the Chasers.
Chaser James Murphy came up with the brilliant idea of putting together some ‘Chaser Profiles’ so we can get to know each other, even though we cannot run together. Thank you to everyone who has sent in responses we have loved reading your profiles! This week’s interview is with Jenny Moore. Jenny can be found coaching our track sessions and has previously lead our beginners groups. Head over to our instagram page to get to know Jenny a little more!
