In light of the recent race cancellations, postponements and government advice Chaser and coach John Armstrong has posted a blog outlining his Post Coronavirus plan. With a healthy dose of realism and positivity, I wanted to re-share this for anyone who may have missed it. You can read John’s post here.
Every year we give a series of prizes for overall and age category winners for anyone who completes at least 4 of the Regents Park 10k races. It has been great to see we had lots of Chasers do well this series…
