SEAA Cross Country Championships  Well done to everyone who took part in the Southern Cross Country Championships at Parliament Hill on Saturday. All of the runners embraced the mud, hills and unusual distance. It was a spectacular sight to see the stampede of colourful club vests ascend upon Parliament hill.   Beginners Our beginners parkrun will take place on Saturday 29th Feb.  We would love to get a great group of Chaser's along to run or cheer our beginners over the finish line to 5K.  January beginners is now heading into week 4 and the course is closed to any new runners.  The next course starts after London Marathon on Tuesday 5th May.  All participants must register in advance and places are already filling up - so sign up nowif you (or a friend) wishes to join.  Head torches We currently have 5 missing head torches. If you’ve accidentally gone home wearing one, please return it to a member of the committee - Thanks!  Regent's Park 10K It's not too late to sign up to run or marshal our Regent's park 10K, (registration deadline is Thursday for this Sunday's race). These races can form a great part of any training!
