Spring Training Schedules You can find training schedules for London Marathon, Brighton Marathon and Paddock Wood Half Marathon on our website. If you are yet to decide on a spring training goal, Paddock Wood Half Marathon might be a good choice. You can find more information about the schedules here. Beginners Programme The beginners 0 to 5k programme is now full for January - the next course will start in early May, and interested people can register via the beginners section of our website.   A reminder that this free course is specifically for those who cannot yet run 5k. It is combined with a follow-on 5k to 10k course, for anyone who becomes a full member.   Subscriptions Subscriptions for 2020 membership are now due. We've managed to keep the price at a very reasonable £30. Please pay here. Pub Night Also a reminder that this week is Pub night! We will be heading over to Tapping the Admiral for some food and drinks after the usual Tuesday run. Tables are booked from 8:30PM.
