Mornington Chasers Newsletter

London Marathon drinks station Every year, the Mornington Chasers organise one of the elite drinks tables at the London Marathon, in exchange for places in the race.  We need Chasers to volunteer to help out between 7am and around 11am/12pm on the day.  We'll be based just after Tower Bridge and just before the half way mark.  It's an early start but lots of fun and a unique perspective on this amazing event.  Sign up at: https://www.chaser.me.uk/news/viewevent.php?id=761 Beer Mile Our club annual beer mile is on Thursday 28th at Regents park track (no track training session scheduled that day), so sign up and make your donation soon if you would like to take part! This year our nominated charity is the Chalk Farm Foodbank. Donations should be made here (you don’t need to run to donate!) https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/chasersmile2019 We need volunteers to help out so if you don’t fancy competing but can help on the day let us know. The club pays the entry fee so please only sign up if you are sure you can make it. As it is a vet championship, only ladies aged 35+ and men 40+ can run. Please use the link in the calendar below.
