Cross Country 35 London clubs took part in the Southern XC London Championships at Parliament Hill on Saturday. Well done to Lola Akingbola and Jeff Bannister, first chaser woman and man past the finish line. The next XC race will take place this Saturday the 24th in Trent Park hosted by Barnet and District AC. It's a great course and the start line is a five minute walk from Cockfosters Station. The online sign up is now closed but you can sign up on the day. Please bring your England Athletics number with you so that we can record it.
