London Marathon A very big congratulations to all those involved yesterday. Whether that was the runners themselves, baking under the London sunshine, or the supporters cheering them on, or those on the water station, helping Mo along, a great effort from everyone on what was a really tough day for conditions. We hope you managed to enjoy some post-race celebrating yesterday and look forward to putting the feet up, at least for the next few days! Photos are appearing up on the Chasers facebook page if you want to see some photos from the day. Spring Marathon Fundraising A big congratulations again to all those that ran yesterday. What better way to cogratulate them than by donating to their selected charities! Alice Sullivan will be running the London Marathon and is raising funds for The Eve Appeal, which supports research on gynaecological cancers click here to donate. David Turner will be running on behalf of Leukaemia Care, a charity providing information, advice and support for people affected by blood cancer click here to donate Rebecca Armstrong will be running on behalf of Amnesty International click here to donate If anyone else is running on behalf of a charity and would also like to share with fellow chasers ahead of Sunday then please share on the Mornington Chasers facebook page, or email: newsletter@chaser.me.uk to include in next week's edition. We will include all links received in two editions of the newsletter post Marathon, just to give people time to soak up the results and give generously! Crystal Palace Triathlon The popular Crystal Palace Triathlon takes place on 13 May and this year it’s our first ever club triathlon championships. It’s a sprint distance on closed roads and with a pool swim, so suitable for beginners as well as the more experienced. When you enter, make sure you enter Mornington Chasers as your club so we can all start together and so we know who to give the prizes to. Race Day

London Marathon

A very big congratulations to all those involved yesterday. Whether that was the runners themselves, baking under the London sunshine, or the supporters cheering them on, or those on the water station, helping Mo along, a great effort from everyone on what was a really tough day for conditions.

We hope you managed to enjoy some post-race celebrating yesterday and look forward to putting the feet up, at least for the next few days!

Spring Marathon Fundraising
