Annual General Meeting The club's AGM will be held on Monday 13 November at 7pm at The Grafton pub, just down the road from Talacre. All members are welcome to attend. This is your chance to discuss the direction of the club. The committee welcomes new members. If you are interested in standing for any of the roles, please contact Alice before the AGM. Race Report- Met League, Claybury The first cross country race of the season took place in Claybury Park last Saturday. A warm October day in a beautiful park and a flat start gave the impression that we were taking part in the perfect race until we met the hill of death (unsure of its official name). I’ll never complain about Highgate West Hill again (this is a lie). Overall it was a great race with plenty of hills, woods and fields and was worth the journey to the end of the central line. Well done to everyone who took part especially those of you who were new to cross country. Thanks to Rafaele for cheering us on and to Maki for the cake.  Don’t miss the chance to sign up for the London Cross Country Champs at Parliament Hill on the 18th of November. The deadline to sign up is the 24th of October. MCRP10K Marshals are still required for the December-March races in the winter 10k series.
