MCRP10K- Final race of the season Well done to all of those who came out for the final race of the season despite the weather. There was a great turn out especially from Dulwich Runners AC who dominated with their senior men coming 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Well done to Kelly Thorneycroft who was the first woman past the finish line. A massive thank you is due to Rob Mitchell for his hard work over the past six months in ensuring that the races went smoothly and were an enjoyable experience for everyone. Thank you also to Ben Barker for taking great photos of all participants and to the marshalls for making sure that 99% (99.75 to be precise) of people ran in the right direction. Pub night Pub Night is back tomorrow at Tapping the Admiral. Tables are booked from 8.30pm. To avoid any pastry related meltdowns, please let Emma know if you intend on ordering a pie so that she can give numbers to the pub in advance. Race Report- Leith Hill Half Starting in a field in Dorking, up to Leith Hill tower and back down. Leith Hill is the highest point in South East England, with dramatic views of the South Downs and Gatwick. Old school race, wise-cracking race organiser with a megaphone, 350 friendly trail heads and hill freaks, off road fun. Check out the race profile on the website!
