Committee meeting tonight The next committee meeting takes place tonight, Monday 24 October in the upstairs room at The Grafton pub on Prince of Wales Road from 7pm.  All members are welcome. Marlow Half Marathon & Marlow 7 These races have been added to the event calendar on the website.  Unfortunately it clashes with our own Regent’s Park 10K Club Championship race on 6 November, however, for those of you who prefer a longer distance it looks a great country road course in the Chiltern Hills.  The Hampstead Heath hills should help you meet the challenge. Coached sessions this week Tuesday's coached session will be led by Avril at Parliament Hill on the grass by the track.  This will be a circuit of exercises and short runs. It's fun, and hard work.
