Coached sessions this week Both the Tuesday and Thursday (hills) coached sessions will be led by Andrea this week and details will be posted on the Mornington Chasers Facebook page in advance for anyone unable to attend.  Race reports Ashridge Boundary Trail Race, Saturday 19 March The Ashridge boundary trail race is 16 and a bit miles of paths and trails over dramatic hills and through ancient woodlands, around the boundary of a National Trust estate. Easily accessible from London, enthusiastically marshalled, small, low-key and friendly, with free tea and cakes. There's a nice pub in the nearby village too. Highly recommended.
