CHRISTMAS CLOSURES

The Talacre Centre will close early over the Christmas period and therefore there will be no club runs on the 29th or 31st January.  We'll be back on Tuesday 5th January with our monthly pub night.  

CLUB WINTER SERIES 10K IN REGENT'S PARK
Members are needed to marshal the next three races in our winter series. These races are essential to help keep our membership fees low and provide the many benefits that we all enjoy. And if you need an extra incentive above the warm feeling that volunteering and cheering the runners provides, you also get free entry to one of the races. Marshalling is just one of the many ways you can be involved with the club. You can now sign up and see how many marshalls are still needed for each month on the website at http://www.chaser.me.uk/news/calendar.php

INDOOR TRACK SEASON

Dates for the indoor track season are on the website at http://www.chaser.me.uk/docs/2015/indoorseason.pdf

THIS WEEK'S SESSIONS:
No sessions on Tuesday or Thursday
Sunday morning long runs - see Facebook for paces/distances  
For more details about runs, cycle rides plus our couch to 5K programme for non-members please see the club website or Facebook page.
 

RACE RESULTS
To include your results in the newsletter please email newsletter@chaser.me.uk with the details. A brief description of what you thought of the race and if you would recommend it to others would be great too, but not essential. There is no need to send results from Club races such as Summer League, Southern Athletics League and Start Fitness Metropolitan Cross Country League as these are gathered by the team captains/event managers.
