CLUB NEWS

A fabulous weekend for getting the Mornington Chasers name out there!

Races around the country saw the Chaser colours out in great numbers - in fact more members running the Hackney Half than the London Marathon. Perfect conditions too for the Crystal Palace Triathlon. See results below.

Special thanks to Anna who has designed fab new posters and flyers to promote the club and attract new members and to Seb who was out and about with these in the Camden area on Saturday. Please speak to Seb if you would like to help with distribution.

Corrrection to last week's newsletter. The next Southern Athletics League meeting is 31 May, so unfortunately it clashes with the Summer League. If you would like to be part of the athletics team please contact Kelly athletics@chaser.me.uk

The first Summer League is in Dulwich Park and is a 5 mile race (originally 10K but reduced distance due to work in the park), with children's races, relays, a picnic feast and awards for 2014. No need to pre-register for this.

For more upcoming events and races please visit the EVENTS LISTING on our website where you can sort by type of race. www.chaser.me.uk

CLUB CLOTHING
As a paid up member of the Mornington Chasers you get to own and wear our distinctive club vest. The Club also has hoodies for sale at £20.00 - a most useful item for keeping warm at cross country and on cool summer days.
