All Mornington Chasers running sessions are currently cancelled due to coronavirus. When the situation changed and we are able to run as a group again, we will resume sessions as before.
In the meantime, we're providing a variety of online activities, both sporting and social. Within a week of us all being asked to stay at home, we organized an online strength and conditioning session, a pilates session and an art competition. We will keep organizing things similar until we can get back running.

While we are allowed to go running during social distancing, it is important to follow social distancing rules carefully. Our welfare officer, Laurie, and coaching coordinator, John, have written some tips on the running while social distancing which you can read here. It covers both the etiquette of running, planning your runs and some thoughts on how to modify your training.
