There are usually a number of runs starting at the Talacre Sports Centrein Kentish Town at 9am on a Sunday. These runs are usually for 90 minutes or more and so are not suitable for beginning runners.
The Talacre Sports Centre is ideally situated to make the most of running in London. To the North there is Hampstead Heath, to the South the Royal Parks and the river. The canal stretches East to Limehouse and West through Little Venice and on as far as Birmingham! By running with the club you will learn some wonderful routes and see parts of London you never knew existed.
It's best to use the Facebook group to find out what pace groups will be running and how far they will be going. Or you can just ask around on a Tuesday night to see what everyone else is doing. Typical Sunday runs are about ninety minutes long. However, during the spring and autumn many of us are training for marathons, so there are often much longer runs available if you need some moral support when the marathon training starts getting tougher.
