Every year, the Mornington Chasers organise the 20K elite drinks table at the London Marathon, in exchange for places in the race. We need Chasers to volunteer to help out between 7am and around 11am/12pm on the day. It's an early start but lots of fun and a unique perspective on this amazing event. Sign up here.
Thank you to everyone who was involved in this years Beer Mile. Collectively you raised over £800 for The Running Charity…and lots of fun was had by all! You can still donate here.
A massive shout out to Rebecca who raised almost half of the collective total, her donations page is available here.
A polite reminder to anyone who is yet to pay their 2020 club membership, to please do so immediately. We are the cheapest (and the friendliest) running club in London however we do pay for both Talacre Sports Center and for the use of the track on Thursdays, so it is really important that everyone contributes the bargain £30 for the year.
The final 10K in our Winter series will take place on Sunday 1st March. Regents park is the perfect setting for a fast, flat and traffic-free Sunday morning 10k. These races can form a great part of any training plan or alternatively are a fantastic goal to aim towards! And we have friendly pacers to help you smash those goals! Sign up here.
