Are you looking for a way to combine a gentle Tuesday run with the chance to give something back to your club, all at no extra cost? Look no longer... the current Beginner's Group are making good progress, and next week we're planning to run continuously for around 35-40 minutes at a nice gentle pace. We'd love to have one or two more guides to ensure that we don't lose any runners so if you're able to help out please email firstname.lastname@example.org now, or speak to Stephen Nash. If you're busy this Tuesday don't despair, we need guides every week, so please get in touch.

A session all hearts will love on Valentine's Day: A perfect match between hills and Lactate Threshold. The main set is 3 x 9 mins continuous hills at LT - adapted for people who have not been building up for this so everyone is welcome.- Andrea
Thursday's session will take place at Parliament Hill Track. Details will be posted on the facebook page later in the week.
