Volunteering

Race Marshalling

We rely on club members to volunteer their help marshalling various races throughout the year, including the Regents Park 10K Winter Series. These races are critical for generating income for the club, supporting the discounted services provided to members.

You do not require any specific experience to marshal and it only takes a few hours. A suitably experienced club member will be there to guide you through your duties.

If you'd like to help marshal please contact Kirsty kirstyhood@gmail.com.

Tea Rota

The tea rota for after club meets still needs volunteers. Please see tea rota

Website Content Maintenance

The website helps promote the club to new members and is key to introducing new runners to the Mornington Chasers.

To ensure the website hosts the most relevant and up-to-date content for both established and potential members, we rely on felow Chasers to add and maintain text and pictures throughout the site.

Supported by the Website Committee, a number of content maintainers help keep the site current.

If you'd like to help maintain sections of the website by updating and adding new content, please see our Content Maintenance page. If you have specific experience in a certain area (training techniques, future events etc) we'd be keen to have your input!

Leading Training Runs

The club relies on the efforts of additional volunteers as well as Club Captains for leading training runs.
